Just wondering what would happen if a whole lot of people in the USA start posting insults about Austrian leaders? Would we be extradited to someplace in the EU to stand trial? Could we be fined and the IRS collect from us?

There is some weird law in the UK where you cant say something..that is really innocuous. Man, I wish I could remember what it is. Maybe someone will know what I am talking about without me giving much info.
