PHUCK the Court of “Justice” - they are just a bunch of Leftists stroking their own egos by pretending to have authority over those outside of Europe (and, frankly, IN Europe - I doubt that the Poles, Hungarians and Czechs give a rat’s ass what these jackasses say).
I suspect those countries you mentioned will not matter in the long run when the Primary countries btain the majority ‘rule’....lots of shifting in the EU but in the end it will level out to a few country leaders who will call the shots.
