WASHINGTON — The Democratic head of the House Intelligence Committee, Representative Adam B. Schiff of California, learned about the outlines of a C.I.A. officer’s concerns that President Trump had abused his power days before the officer filed a whistle-blower complaint, according to a spokesman and current and former American officials.
The early account by the future whistle-blower shows how determined he was to make known his allegations that Mr. Trump asked Ukraine’s government to interfere on his behalf in the 2020 election. It also explains how Mr. Schiff knew to press for the complaint when the Trump administration initially blocked lawmakers from seeing it.

The very best thing that could happen is that somehow Schiff has Giuliani sworn in under oath before his committee. Giuliani could testify that his client was under constant assault by the Democrats accused of colluding with foreign governments. His purpose in going to the Ukraine was to investigate the activities of Hunter Biden, Joe Biden and others. Why did a Ukrainian oil power broker with close ties to Russia hire Hunter Biden to a $60,000/ month no show job and why did this same man organize a $2500/plate fund raising dinner for Schiff? Why did Joe Biden brag that he used his office to have a Ukrainian prosecutor fired. Guiliani can accuse Schiff on national TV of corruption and collusion. Were the Democrats constantly accusing Trump to obfuscate their own bad actions? Giuliani should torment these Democrats constantly in the media until they are forced by public opinion to swear him in to testify.
Flashback: Adam Schiff said on MSNBC that "we did not speak directly to the whistleblower. He also acknowledged
"it would be AGAINST THE LAW for the whistleblower to COMMUNICATE with CONGRESS."
AND THIS-----reporters asked Pelosi about her plans to "officially begin" an impeachment inquiry WRT the call.
Pelosi responded that she has not even read the transcript of the call. “I haven’t seen it” Pelosi told reporters.
So here we have (A) a whistleblower who filed the complaint about a phone call he never heard, and,
(B) Pelosi starting impeachment over a call she never heard.
