New York magazine published reflections from 25 women involved in the #MeToo movement, including one anonymous woman who revealed a new allegation against Franken. The magazine identifies her as “a former staffer who served on Democratic campaigns and works at a large progressive organization.”

There are surely many,many claims made against men...and maybe a few women as well. There are men...more then a few in fact...who say or do disgusting things to women. OTOH there are at least some women who,because of mental illness,or a desire for revenge,or a desire for $$$,make false claims against men.Deciding which claims are valid and which ones aren't is often,but not always,quite difficult.

That would tend to be to her credit in my thinking - that she wasn’t part of the rush. Also that she’s a staunch liberal (worked for Patty Murray) adds credibility. I just don’t have a hard time believing Franken is a creep. He reeks of sleaze, to my thinkin’.
