Not so sure I am comfortable with THIS CJ presiding....whatever presiding actually means in this case.
It means he's the judge. The Senate is the jury.
When they impeached Bill the Senate Parliamentarian ran the show because the Chief had no clue what his roll was. As for the Senate taking a special oath to set on the jury, they immediately broke that oath as soon as they got before a camera.
