Folks, this “Ukraine Whistleblower” event was a pre-planned event. As we begin to understand the general outline of how the Schiff Dossier was assembled, we are now starting to get into the specifics. First discovered by researcher Stephen McIntyre, there is now evidence surfacing showing the ICIG recently created an entirely new ‘whistleblower complaint form’ that specifically allowed for the filing of complaints “heard from others“.

the office, citing a detailed expose by Foreign Policy magazine. “My first objective as Inspector General, if confirmed, will be to make sure the IC IG’s house is in order,” said former Justice Department prosecutor Michael Atkinson.

This quote from Atkinson appears to mean Atkinson thought making the change in reporting abuses...WAS A GOOD THING.

Well, he was WRONG.

Schiff tweeted verbatim in August the charges against President Trump that are in the leaker’s complaint in September. This plot was precooked because they knew Mueller’s investigation was a bust.

Someone should be charged with seeking to overthrow the results of the 2016 election. And the list should start with Hillary Clinton.

It is standard practice for departing Administrations to “burrow” in political appointees to different positions to survive and frustrate an incoming administration of the opposite party. The slide from chief counsel to IG is frequently used.

It is standard practice for an incoming administration to immediately place schedule C employees in all departments to watch and report to the political affairs director in the White House. Actions of any sort by suspected hostiles are vetted with extreme prejudice by OMB including any change in regulations or forms.

On personnel policy Trump is an idiot. He has appointed his enemies, given free run to hostiles, and never created any semblance of proper vetting.
That is why this stuff never happened under Clinton or Obama. You would have been fed to the dogs.

Sometimes I think Trump likes being dissed and spat upon. He enjoys playing the victim. If his personnel fiascos of his first term is any indication, his second will be a doozey.

A bill of attainder (also known as an act of attainder or writ of attainder or bill of pains and penalties) is an act of a legislature declaring a person or group of persons guilty of some crime and punishing them, often without a trial. As with attainder resulting from the normal judicial process, the effect of such a bill is to nullify the targeted person’s civil rights, most notably the right to own property (and thus pass it on to heirs), the right to a title of nobility, and, in at least the original usage, the right to life itself. Bills of attainder passed in Parliament by Henry VIII on 29 January 1542 resulted in the executions of a number of notable historical figures.

The use of these bills by Parliament eventually fell into disfavour due to the obvious potential for abuse and the violation of several legal principles, most importantly the right to due process, the precept that a law should address a particular form of behaviour rather than a specific individual or group, and the separation of powers

Add in the IRS, EPA, probably most of the IC, the State Dept., and on and on. It's a corrupt mess at this point.

Is there anything that can be done to retroactively overturn the amended document which gave the entire incident “legs”?

The document was clearly changed to accommodate the secondhand claimant. The other problem is whether the claimant is cover under the protection even if he/she hand firsthand information.

The claim involves the a president of the United States so the claim should have went directly to the Justice Department not to the ICIG. This matter was outside the IC jurisdiction. Schiff needed this to come to his committee since he was to be the point person for impeachment all along. He is clearly behind and aided the whistleblower.

Some one should challenge the claim of whistleblower status in court to bring the claimant into the light and all of his sources and advisors. This person can’t be allowed to remain anonymous.

Neither one of them have the skills to write the complaint. That’s what their attorneys are for. But I’m guessing they have brought in a couple specialists. Perhaps even the same attorneys for the Whistleblower....one of whom is directly connected to Hillary.

Nope. It was fabricated for the purposes it was used, by design. Trump will be impeached. The Dems need that to unify their base and are willing to take the hit from independents. The script was written years ago. The movie’s production finished this year. Time for its big release.
