I’m watching this and thinking that if the House subpoenas this, and courts uphold the subpoenas - the solution is in Trump’s hands, in his power to declassify. He can declassify records from previous administrations and send those littered in the subpoena response. So, the Schiff committee opens up the files for the subpoena response and the first page is responsive but the second is the parts of the Starr report that didn’t make it into the public report - but were in a high security room for Senators to review before the impeachment vote in 1999. By sending it (and any other choice secrets from prior Democratic administrations) you make it game. And you let it leak from the House. If this is what they want to pursue - I say burn them down!
