Imagine if a teen girl activist was urging return to Traditional Values. Imagine if she were urging us to define marriage as a man and a woman. Imagine if she urged young people to abstinence. Would such a person be getting such accolades as this girl has gotten?
If the criteria are that we like to see young people passionate about issues of the day and all that, then such a hypothetical teen should get accolades similar to Greta. But I think we all know any conservative minded teen would be ridiculed all the way back to Sweden.
