IIRC, Contempt of Congress can only be invoked for the withholding of information in an ongoing criminal investigation.
It cannot be used to say, “we don’t like your attitude”.
Lewandowski gave the Dems hell yesterday, and they are sorely butthurt.
Both Nadler and Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) have expressed interest in holding Lewandowski in contempt, with Pelosi telling members on Thursday that Democrats should have acted “right then and there” at Tuesday’s Judiciary hearing when Lewandowski refused to cooperate with Democrats.

I’d wear a “contempt charge” as a badge of honor and then tell them to pound sand if they subpoenaed me again.

Until someone comes and lies in their favor lock stock and barrel they are all going to be in contempt. Contempt means “you didn’t say what we want you to say”.
Otherwise everyone but the 15% who strongly approve of the way Congress is doing its job would be guilty of holding them in contempt---as we actually do.
