Rand Paul is a moron. He thinks it is up to the US alone if there is a conflict. As if everyone else in the world is as peaceful as the lion and lamb from the Jehovah Witness leaflet and it is America turning the war on and off.

He thinks it is up to the U.S. to only get involved in military conflicts when our national security is actually threatened.
Rand Paul knows that taking sides in a civil war in some Third World sh!t-hole ... especially an Islamic sh!t-hole that couldn't function as a modern, civilized state if you gave them 100 years and a quadrillion dollars to do it ... is not a legitimate use of the military in a real country.
