A hand gun with a short barrel can do damage as much as a gun with a long barrel. Same with penises. If it can “shoot”, then it makes no difference.
Someone, somewhere must have said, “It ain’t the size of the head on the penis, it’s the size of the penis in the head that counts”, or something like that, I think....
Or maybe it was, “Men with short penises built this country”.
Or was that saying “A man with a long penis might not fit in short vaginas, but a man with a short penis fits in any vagina”.
