Last thanksgiving, day after, in Carolina Beach, NC, I called our local seafood shack, who said they just got a 30 lb grouper in and were starting to hack it up...I was there in 10 minutes... I dropped $125 on 3 lbs of grouper, watched the guy flay my bounty, and I got 3 lbs of deep sea scallops also...
1.5 sticks of butter and some salt, pepper, 2 large pans, and our family was in heaven...even my picky step dad who isn’t a seafood fan said, “wow, this is really good”...I didn’t hear much talking, mostly grunting...
I think the uglier the grouper, the better it tastes.
Best money I ever spent.

I can’t find where I read it a couple months back that the Sunday Talk shows currently average a little over 2 million viewers. Tucker, Hannity and Ingraham average over 3 million 5 nights a week.
You stay safe down there. They just issued a Tropical Storm Watch for us in Central Florida. Hell, they could do that every day in the summer! We get tropical storms daily! That said, “Stay east young storm! Stay East!”
