the Supreme Court having developed “a jurisprudence of one person, one vote,” which means “each individual vote has to carry roughly the same amount of weight as each other individual vote.”Except individuals voting is not part of the Constitutional system for choosing a President. At all.
To the extent permitted by each of the fifty State Legislatures, individuals vote in a statewide advisory election to direct the Legislature (where permitted) to appoint certain individuals as Electors.
