Something happened when Obama came on the scene. It was either a hypnotic spell, pixie dust, or the Democrats were awakened from a psychotic trance earlier induced by a nation unaware. I vote for the latter...or perhaps it was a little of all three.

The Democrats became like a herd of cattle...responding to simple emotional terms like "racist," "Russia," "Orange Man," "hater," "fascist," and the like.

The entire herd could be driven from right to left, forward or reverse, without using any logic, reason, or explanation. Just using a few predetermined words of vague, but powerfully negative, meaning.

I must admit I call it "spirit of antichrist" - the twisting of virtually all things normal - broad acceptance of gay marriage and an abomination of the White House. Constant lying and 1/2 of the public swooning over his words. It was Rasputin-like, even Hitler-like. A mass delusion who watched their own healthcare destroyed and to this day, most of them still cheer it. Even when Gruber called it "the stupidity of the American voter" they still don't get it. He just called them stupid. And yet they still love it. The media went full-bore constant liars in all ways. It was a sea change to be sure.
