The hard Left’s problem is that this guy is a useful idiot who probably isn’t likely to ever heft a weapon and go out and fight for the world as he sees it. If he puts all your hope who is in charge at any particular time then he is going to live a life that goes from triumphalism to utter despair. To lefties politics is everything while to most conservatives it is important they dont put all their faith in it. I may feel utterly hopeless too if my faith did not rest in a government that is eternal and the God who runs it!
