That being said, the article states that one of 'Dick's 'oppressors' is Sikh. There is a large population of Sikhs in the BC Lower Mainland so, the BCHRT (aka kangaroo court) may well cut 'Dick' off, in his/her/its pursuit of money, to assist their leftist political pals in maintaining the Sikh vote, come election time.
