Sorry, petitions do no good. It is darn near impossible to remove reps or senatewhores, except for criminal activity for which they have been duly convicted. Though peelosi might sign it, haha.

The reality is that she cannot be removed unless she resigns. Congress does have the power to expel members, but it practically cannot be used. Two-thirds of the House would have to vote to expel her and she would be free to run for her old seat which she’d likely easily win. Congress has the power to refuse to seat her, but the Supreme Court has pretty much blocked that. See Adam Clayton Powell.
