The military has a job to do; if a citizen is in the way, the military is authorized and should do what is necessary to disable that threat. Their first choice will prob not be killing but that would be justified, esp. at a base as secret as Groom Lake.
They are our servants, our agents. They answer to us, we don’t answer to them.
The services are the military of the deep state.
