This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. (I John 5:14)

Therefore the Lord will wait,
that He may be gracious to you;
And therefore He will be exalted,
that He may have mercy on you.
For the Lord is a God of justice;
Blessed are all those who wait for Him.
Isaiah 30:18

Heavenly Father,

Sometimes waiting for Your hand to move seems very hard to do; yet we know that if we are patient, Your promise is to be gracious to us, to have mercy on us, and to exercise justice on our behalf. Precious Lord, may Your Name be exalted each time we call upon You in faith, and may we be blessed as we wait for Your power and will to be sent forth from Your heavenly throne.

We pray that our President will wait on the Lord to move on his behalf regarding the immigration problem in this nation and the corruption in our government. May he be comforted by Your love and emboldened by Your strength. We pray for Your encouragement for him this day and for your wisdom to guide him.

We ask for Your mighty armies to shield our land in Louisiana from the hurricane that is roaring about. May it be sent forth into the ocean and may our people and our country be spared its wrath. Thank You Lord for giving our President a proper and wise national response to help the people who live there and in the surrounding states.

Father, we pray that our military men and women will be patient as they wait for Your perfect timing in all things. Help them to endure that they may increase in their trust in You and that their confidence in Your goodness will soar. For surely You are for them and Your plans for them are wonderful. Guard each and every life and grant them special patience in all that they do. We pray for supernatural endurance for their family members who wait for their safe return home.

May Your people Israel be blessed, protected, and shielded from all harm and danger. Father, send wonderful witnesses of Your love to share the Gospel with all who do not know You, that they may receive their Savior and the full measure of salvation.

We thank You, Father, that those who wait upon You shall renew their strength, mounting up with wings like eagles, running without weariness, and walking without fainting. This is the heritage of those who fear You, Lord. Great is Your faithfulness. In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Our nation is in need of You.
We are blessed that You heard our prayers and presented us a warrior to fight for this nation.
We pray he will do Your will in eliminating the moles which make the foundation of this nation highly unstable.
