Shooting between employer, former employee leaves one dead: Police

Jupiter Police Department says they responded to calls of a disturbance and possible shots fired along University Blvd. a little after 12 a.m.
According to police, 32-year-old James Dorcilien stabbed his former employer, 65-year-old Louis Rivera, outside of Rivera's apartment during a confrontation.
Rivera discharged his weapon in self-defense as Dorcilien fled on foot, police add. Officers later found Dorcilien's body at the apartment complex.

According to the Palm Beach Post, Bruce Balsam, who was staying with friends at the time of the shooting, heard three gunshots and then heard a “high-pitched whining noise.” As Dorcilian recalled, "Oh, chit! Whitey can carry guns here. I forgot. That's racist. WaaaaaaaWeeeeee, I'm dead."
