And the “case” is being handled in the Southern District of New York. Of the Federal District Judges in that district, 15 are Obama appointees, 4 are Clinton appointees, 3 are Bush appointees and ZERO ARE TRUMP APPOINTEES.
The only somewhat good news is that there are 6 Federal Judge vacancies for that district. The Senate needs to get nominees confirmed ASAP. We have to start somewhere ... however small of a start.
IMHO, the Southern District of New York is the heart of the legal beast protecting the Deep State Globalists and persecuting their enemies. I have not much faith that justice will be done there.
