How many people are reaching 65 each month and leaving the workforce.? Many of those 300K are replacing retiring workers, so there need not be 300K new jobs per month to employ those turning 21.
That’s an interesting question.
Due to attrition I’d say there would likely be a smaller number.
Still, that is a countering aspect that I had overlooked.

In my study I came up with the 195 million figure without that factor figured in.
Still, as related to my comments we need to add 300,000 more jobs per month, you’ve disrupted the claim we needed that many. That should have occurred to me. Oops.
