Florida sheriff fires 2 more deputies over Parkland response
UPI ^ | June 26, 2019 | By Clyde Hughes

June 26 (UPI) -- South Florida investigators said Wednesday two more deputies have lost their jobs over the response to the 2018 shooting attack at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland.

In briefing reporters on an internal report, Broward County Sheriff Gregory Tony said deputies Edward Eason and Josh Stambaugh were fired Tuesday for "neglect of duty." He did not detail their actions or why they were dismissed, however. Their terminations raised the total number of officers fired over the shooting to four.

Tony said three other deputies who were also investigated were not disciplined.

"As we conclude this final chapter ... in terms of this internal affairs investigation, we are now going to continue to move forward with fixing the issues that exist herein the agency in relation to training," he said.

Scot Peterson, the school's resource officer who was heavily criticized for his reluctance to enter the building during the gunfire on Feb. 14, 2018, and Sgt. Brian Miller, a first responder who hid behind his car, were previously terminated. Former MSD student Nikolas Cruz killed 17 people in the assault.

Deputies Brian Goolsby, Michael Kratz and Arthur Perry were cleared in the investigation.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis fired Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel in January over the department's handling of the attack and named Tony, a former Coral Springs police sergeant, to replace him.

Gov De Santis is doing a yeoman's job, picking off those responsible for the Broward massacre,
as gunfire resonated, kids screamed and called for help....and nobody came to help them.
<><> Gov DeSantis tossed out the imbecile Sheriff,
<><> and a passel of charges are pending against the cowardly officer who did nothing while kids were slaughtered.

Still a few to go such as the Broward moron hand-picked by Obama from Chicago.
Supt Runcie did THE VERY LEAST he could do as kids were massacred. He needs to be unceremoniously ousted.

==============================

AND THIS---Happy Days pic of the imbecile Sheriff Israel (now ousted)
with Cong Debbie W/S...........she is a Broward resident.

It is common for a Congressman to secure federal monies for their district.

<><> What part did D/W/S play in securing the $58 million bribes, er, I mean tax dollars Obama showered on Broward for keeping minorities off the arrest roles?

<><> The troubled Cruz was visited by Broward police some 47 times before the massacre.

<><> Where are the police reports of L/E's 47 visits?

<><>Did D/W/S have any nice things to say about Cruz BEFORE he massacred students and faculty?

<><> Did D/W/S have a hand in keeping Cruz off the arrest records so Broward could cash in?

<><> Can the imbecile Sheriff and the Congressional beast from Broward account for all of Obama's $58 million?

<><> The good-for-nothing Sheriff also had a $800M L/E budget. Can the bozo account for all that money??

None of the deputies entered the 1200 building upon arrival.

The first police to enter were Coral Springs. Their department policy was to form groups and enter. They did so five minutes after the last shot. Cruz was already off campus by that time.

The Broward Sherriff’s policy was that a single officer may enter the building but it wasn’t compulsory.

Like heroes, two school employees entered the building while Cruz was still inside. He killed both of them.

Apparently, none of the BSO Officers/Deputes were willing to enter the school until Coral Springs Police arrived and basically said, "screw y'all, we're goin' in". Tragically, far too late, as the shooting was long over and the killer already off the campus.

Also, from the report, the shooter never entered an single classroom, and fired all shots from the main hallway. Had the coward SRO entered the building, he would have encountered the student right away, and likely stopped him.

FYI----Islamist Candidate Khurrum Wahid Comes in Third at Florida Elections
Frontpage Mag ^ | 06/24/2019 | Joe Kauffman / FR Posted by SeekAndFind

On June 18th, over 7300 voters in Coral Springs, Florida went to the polls in a Special Election to cast their votes for the individual they wanted as their new City Commissioner. The former Commissioner, Dan Daley, left the seat vacant, after he won his own Special Election, for Florida State House. Out of the six candidates in the Commission race, one, Khurrum Wahid, raised far more money than any of the others. But for many voters, Wahid, a terror-linked lawyer, represented a danger to society, and therefore, he was soundly rejected.

Khurrum Basir Wahid, a South Florida attorney, has made a name for himself by representing high-profile terrorists, including the most violent of al-Qaeda operatives. And while Wahid has every right to act as legal counsel to such miscreants, when viewing the rest of his terror-related and disturbing activity, it would be a grave error not to view Wahid as a threat as well.

One of Wahid’s former clients is Hafiz Khan, a Miami imam who received a 25-year prison sentence, in August 2013, for his role in shipping $50 thousand to the Pakistani Taliban for the specific goal of murdering American troops overseas. Khan was not the only individual charged in the crime. His son, Izhar, spent 20 months in a Miami federal detention center for his alleged participation in the terror financing scheme.

As stated by the US Justice Department, “Izhar is a Pakistani Taliban sympathizer who worked with [his father Hafiz] and others to collect and deliver money for the Pakistani Taliban… Izhar… provided and attempted to provide material support and resources… knowing and intending that they be used in preparation for and in carrying out… a conspiracy to murder, kidnap, and maim persons in a foreign country.”

While using his law firm to actively raise money for Izhar and his father, Wahid went out of his way to label Izhar a “rising star.” Also, according to the Miami New Times, Wahid said of Izhar that he was a “sweet kid who did his father’s bidding.” In this same New Times piece, it is reported that Wahid, himself, was placed on the federal terrorist watch list, in 2011.

Besides his work as an attorney, Wahid is the National Co-Chairman of Emgage Action (formerly Emerge USA), an Islamist group he founded in 2006 that attempts to pass its extremist agenda off as political advocacy. The group is part of the South Florida Muslim Federation, a consortium of South Florida’s radical Islamic organizations and terror-related mosques. Emgage tends to attract leaders of the Democratic Party, who see Emgage as an opportunity to pander for Muslim votes and close their eyes to the extreme nature of the group.

Under Wahid’s authority sits Ammar Ahmed, the South Florida Director of Emgage. In February 2010, following a debate he participated in at a school, Ahmed wrote on Facebook, “I hate white people” and joked that he “should have threatened to blow up the school.”

Prior to creating Emgage, Wahid served as a legal advisor for the national office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and a director of CAIR’s Florida chapter. According to the US government, CAIR has both financial and foundational ties to Hamas. Various CAIR representatives have served prison time and/or have been deported from the US for terrorist-related activity. In November 2014, CAIR was designated a terrorist organization by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) government.

The mosque Wahid attends is the Islamic Foundation of South Florida (IFSF). Wahid is also the Registered Agent for IFSF’s corporation. Up until recently, the Youth Group leader for IFSF was Abdur Rahman al-Ghani, an individual who says on his Facebook page that Jews are “demonic” and Islam “will over-take the World.” In June 2013, IFSF hosted a Ramadan Prep Youth Night featuring Izhar Khan, and in April 2014, IFSF hosted a talk by Mazen Mokhtar, a former administrator for the al-Qaeda recruitment site, qoqaz.net (Jihad in Chechnya), and who has called Hamas acts “heroic” and suicide bombings “an effective method of attacking the enemy.”

It is through Wahid’s engagement in politics, via his Emgage organization, that Wahid probably believed that he had a shot to win the vacant Commission seat. However, any voter looking into Wahid’s extremist and terror-tied background would surely have questions about Wahid’s true intentions in running for such an office – in running for any office.

What is indeed concerning, though, is that just short of 1400 Coral Springs voters thought highly enough of Wahid to give him their votes, putting him squarely in third place. That was well behind the 2553 votes the winner, Sean Cerra, received, but it was 1400 votes nonetheless. Either those voters were ignorant of Wahid’s sordid history or they disturbingly chose to ignore it. Beyond Wahid and his fellow Islamists, any vote for him would be aiding and abetting extremist activity. A vote for Wahid was and is a vote for terror.

Beila Rabinowitz, Director of Militant Islam Monitor, contributed to this report.

...

A simple Code Red would have saved most of them. A Code Red dictates that everybody enter classrooms, close and lock the doors. Cruz only shot people in the hallways or people in classrooms he could see from the hallways. His intent was to set up a sniper’s nest on the third floor and shoot people on the school grounds from there.

His plan failed when the bullets didn’t break the hurricane glass.

The Coral Springs police didn’t do much better. See my post #4. My source is the MSD Commision’s report.

” Gov DeSantis tossed out the imbecile Sheriff”

Liz, Israel wasn’t an imbecile, he was a partisan political hack, who was a failure because he wasn’t really a lawman, but rather a RAT Party operative. The other feckess turd in this criminal enterprise is this guy:

“Broward County Public Schools superintendent to stay with district until at least 2023 Robert Runcie to also get hefty raise, bringing annual salary to $335,000.”

I guess here again, being Black is it’s own reward when it comes to “public education.” Too bad DeSantis can’t kick him to the curb too, because he was complicit in the policies that led to these killings.

.......hand-picked by Obama from Chicago schools, Runcie's annual salary in Broward was $335,000
PLUS perks up the kazoo........

At the salary hearing, white liberals handed Runcie the key to the the Treasury.......
praising him for keeping kids off arrest records. Runcie was later named (gag) Supt Of The Year.

It is shameful that what the “Black Community” gives us by way of “educators,” is $hit! (please excuse the descriptor, but I think it fits)

Runcie fits the same mold as this criminal:

https://www.foxnews.com/us/attorney-former-atlanta-public-schools-superintendent-charged-in-cheating-scandal-has-died

It’s a good thing she’s dead, because at least she won’t be able to cheat children or their parents ever again.

The shameful part of School Superintendents in the main, is that they are the country’s highest-paid “migrant workers!” They get a contract, screw things up with their Socialist/Marxist “values,” get fired by the feckless School Board that hired them in the first place, get bought out of the remaining part of their contract, and then they move on to the next school district with a pocket-full of their former employers money to do it all over again.
