The idea of ‘predictive analysis’ sounds a little too much like ‘Minority Report’, to me.
The story seems created; provocative and fear-mongering.
(Not to say that something like that may not lie in our future...)
You need to catch up with the times - this is the Guilty until proven Guilty AMerica. The Republic is long gone down the Chute because we didn’t fight to keep it. I am quite certain the Egalitarian STate of Connecticut won’t limit their Predictive Analytic skills to just the Medicaid population.
