Which office was recommending the removal of Emmanuel, Begala, Carville and Stephanopoulosnuffalupagus from their offices? They were 100% political partisan hacks while serving the clintons.
I read on another site, that in order to be in violation of this act, you have to be reimbursed for your efforts. Otherwise, it would be infringing upon her first amendment rights. It would be like saying that POTUS is not allowed to speak out against his opponents, for crying out loud!
WH lawyers have already responded that this office’s reading of the Hatch Act would violate Conway’s First Amendment rights.

Their free speech is limited when they are “on the clock” and speaking, writing, etc. in an official government capacity.
Their free speech is extremely limited when it comes to lobbying Congress.

I love President Trump, but this is one of his shortcomings. He has really had some bad hires.
I love him too but at the same time, has he ever REALLY gotten people that should back him 100% that turns out they weren’t? I think his bad hires have come from the advice of bad hires....
