I worked this up two years ago.

At that time. Bandy Lee was not licensed in Connecticut, she WAS licensed in New York with a practice address in Queens.

Concerned citizens can contact the Office of Professional Conduct in Albany.

If she is billing Federal or Connecticut state health programs from
New Haven (except from the VA) she may have a problem.

Psychologists are far worse than psychiatrists. I’ve had psychologists run with their tail between their legs as I threatened to file a formal complaint with the licensing Board as they were making medical diagnoses in their testimony. Most are not qualified.

I used to work for a medical health care professional licensing board. It was a felony offense to diagnose a patient without examination and our Board would file a complaint with the State AGs office for prosecution.
