Its inconceivable that Operation Hammer wasn’t a forerunner and/or foundational system for subsequent surveillance abuses. In that sense, it would be related and in scope for Barr’s investigation in my opinion.
Have you seen how much work has been done at GITMO recently? Expanded bigly. Did you know that it includes provisions to make some cells handicapped accessible for wheelchairs? Odd requirement for generally young physically fit fighters no? Maybe someone else....
