North Korea Calls Biden A 'Fool Of Low IQ' For Criticizing Kim

North Korea criticized Joe Biden as a "fool of low IQ" after the presidential hopeful called the country's leader Kim Jong Un a "dictator and tyrant."
The country's official state news agency released a statement that said Biden was "an imbecile bereft of elementary quality as a human being."
"The presidential candidate from the Democratic Party during his recent election campaigning reeled off rhetoric slandering the supreme leadership of [North Korea]," the Korean Central News Agency said.
"What he uttered is just sophism of an imbecile bereft of elementary quality as a human being, let alone a politician."

Biden might be right, but there's a difference between saying what's true and being diplomatic when the U.S. is delicately negotiating terms with a foreign nation.
That's why Trump never called the NK leader "Rocket Man" after their first meeting.

Very funny. He says he knows Biden. He says Biden is pretty much unaware of what is going on around him. He’s the “other” candidate, who is less far left.
“He’s a doofus.”
He predicts, and I agree that we’re looking a Senator McGowen kind of candidate that could be very bad for the democrats.

I believe that what Kim wants is a sweetheart deal like Obama/Biden gave to Iran and criticizing a Democrat is not the way to get that.

I think it works.
Although I think more people would use ‘sophistry’ in that sentence like you suggest. I think whoever wrote that release probably got his education in English in England.
