Even if there was a reasonable predicate to undertake the investigation, that does not justify conducting the investigation improperly or even criminally. That means that the victims of an unjust investigation, or an investigation conducted unjustly, have a right to be shielded from the fruits of the poisonous tree. But in view of the broad constitutional duties of the president to protect the nation his actions might be easy enough to exonerate Obama and his gang.
The problem for Dunham is that he will find it very difficult to prove that there was no colorable predicate for the investigation. So in order to prove that the investigation was part of a conspiracy, he will have to work up along the food chain in a process we are all familiar with and take it as high as he can go by turning subordinates against superiors. That means that subordinates must testify to direct guilty knowledge of superiors.
Alternatively, he can get there by documentary evidence and that raises the question of what has been destroyed and is no longer recoverable.
Finally, as I pointed out some time ago, the question is whether these people will fall on their swords for the principals in the White House or whether they will implicate them after cutting some sort of a deal. I will be very surprised if there's any documentary evidence directly implicating Obama in any activity that cannot at least be arguably if not compellingly within his inherent powers as chief executive.
As for the conduct of the investigation, Obama will deny any knowledge and without documentary evidence or direct testimony by a subordinate, he is likely to skate.
After Comey left the meeting with Trump, he placed a phone call to someone at that meeting and said “Mission accomplished”. It was the go ahead to publish conformation.
We need to know who Comey called.
Even if Obama or Hillary were indicted and brought to trial, I think it would be nearly impossible to find a jury that would convict. All Obama would have to do is make certain that two or more blacks were seated on the jury. Hillary would have to make certain six or more women were seated on her jury.
It looks like sedition has a max penalty of 20 years.
We need to prove espionage along with their sedition.

I have strong evidence that the C_A-connected Fuddy left the ruse alive, likely got herself a makeover and exited to Valhalla, or as rawcatslyentist suggested, maybe over to Jakarta, where she would have easily been able to get around and there wouldn't be too many prying eyes.
