US Attorney Probing Spying on Trump Campaign Draws on Vast Experience

The U.S. attorney reportedly appointed to investigate whether spying by the FBI on the Trump campaign was legal previously exposed a conspiracy between the bureau’s agents and mobsters to cover up for murders committed by mob informants.

Attorney General William Barr tasked U.S. Attorney John H. Durham in Connecticut to investigate whether spying on President Donald Trump’s presidential campaign in 2016 was adequately predicated, according to Reuters. The Department of Justice didn’t respond to a request to confirm the appointment.

Durham will scrutinize the conduct of several current and former senior FBI officials, including former Director James Comey, former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, and former Deputy Assistant Director Peter Strzok. Those officials were involved in obtaining a warrant to spy on former Trump campaign associate Carter Page and deployed at least two spies to target Trump campaign adviser George Papadopoulos.

Let’s sharpen up the language a bit

Everybody understands spying.

More sinister is espionage. The Obama administration carried out political espionage against Republican candidates and President

Heard Rush say today he didn’t think Barr would take it up to the Fraud, as he wouldn’t want to go up against a former president.

I believe that would be a big mistake and miscalculation of our domestic enemies, who are likely planning to relentlessly pursue President Trump and family after he leaves office.

To rid America of the scourge, there must be deaths

The first public mention of US Atty John Durham running this investigation occurred in a House committee meeting back in October 2018.

Let’s see if anyone can figure out who the AG was that would have assigned him to that job.

Rush has a unique understanding of the Prog Commie Rat Left and their behavior, and is almost always right, plus, Barr created and covered up the Ruby Ridge massacre.

On the other hand Durham exposed FBI criminal corruption and four Whitey Bulger protection Frame Jobs.

I figure our President knows they will never stop attacking him and his family.

Rush was saying he hoped it would go as far as BJ’s wife, but we MUST send a message to our domestic enemies that

1) We remember watergate, which was NOTHING compared to this;

2) The Rats and Big Media must lose Big Time for having done this.

Barr is a genius and must like checks and balances.

He appoints Durham and conveniently just in time to shadow Horowitz’s final report due out any minute, for public consumption. (Lest that imminent Horowitz Report be shaped as anything less than all inclusive in scope, incisive, factual and strictly business, without ambiguity and PR.)

Durham is recommended as a Kick Azz game changer against federal agents dealing in fraud and corruption. Durham apparently moves straight to the chase and extracts a price for any and all criminal activity of rogue feds on the make.

Horowitz wouldn’t want to be embarrassed by leaving anything un-examined for Durham to exhume. Just sayin’, I love Barr.

Your right.

Calling this Spying...which it was, is a great idea.

Calling it Political Espionage is even better. Lets hope we start hearing that mentioned in public.

Alternative Title: spying

Espionage, process of obtaining military, political, commercial, or other secret information by means of spies, secret agents, or illegal monitoring devices. Espionage is sometimes distinguished from the broader category of intelligence gathering by its aggressive nature and its illegality.

You’re confusing Durham with Huber. Durham was appointed mere days ago.

Magoo appointed Huber to do.....well.....something I’m sure.

North Carolina Rep. Mark Meadows wanted to make clear what Baker’s lawyer was claiming: “You’re saying he’s under criminal investigation? That’s why you’re not letting him answer?”

“Yes.”

Levin and the lawmakers sparred a bit over whether Baker was invoking his Fifth Amendment rights, and the congressmen finally got around to asking who was leading this criminal probe:

“There is an ongoing investigation by whom?” Jordan said.

“The Justice Department,” Levin responded.

“I mean, is the inspector general looking at this or is this—”

“No,” said Levin, “it’s Mr. John Durham, a prosecutor.”
