This is the real reason for the border crisis, as well as the census question debate. The Dems and GOPe know that the only way to appease their base is free stuff, and you need future people to pay for free stuff today. As long as the birth rate is below the replenishment rate (births - deaths), you have an issue where they cannot model out the ability to “pay” for free stuff. Ergo, they WANT the borders open to increase the population, and they want the illegals counted so they can use the bogus numbers in their Bill scoring.
