If Trump is successful, China will be driven back and could go broke fast when they can't be repaid and they can't afford to develop the military bases they could have gotten when the countries default.

Our pharma got in bed with China for cheaper ingredients, then got screwed. Now many key ingredients and complete formulations come from China. With ??? For quality control. Many of our military’s drugs are China-sourced. Does that make you feel comfortable?

The Chinese have to catch up to the Israelis in many areas of technology like medicine.
We still have production in the country and a lot of the drugs come from India.

Next to perhaps the Muzzies, the Chinese are bent on world domination. So unless you want to start learning Chinese, you’d better have another look at your ideas. The Chinese are only “inevitable major players” if we allow them to be. At present, Trump could bring down China completely, because without the US marketplace, China will go bust. Think about that the next time you buy some plastic $hit Chinese-made yard furniture.
