FTC: defrauding consumers through deceitful and selective contract (terms of service) enforcement.
CDA: violating condition of content liability protection by acting as editor/publisher.
We do not even need to have Anti-Trust invoked. We need a real Congress and real DOJ.
It was bait-and-switch. Free-speech so they could build a monopoly, then shut it down when we have no alternatives because they are losing election.
