And that is where he is WRONG!

We're talking about 145 years of historic record here. There should be consistency. It's not fair to MS to start now, enforcing a rule that has previously NOT been applied.

BTW>> British betting site, Bet365, PAID OUT on bets for Maximum Security. They said the disagreed with the steward ruling, and will pay all winning tickets with MS. They also paid off on Country House. My British customer, who attended the Derby with me, was paid TWICE on the same race. lol

The Earlier bump by War of Will is NOT nonsense, it happened... about a 16th before MS swung wide. Sad thing is, if War of Will had held his position, he could have swung inside of MS and might have won.

But.. I don't think ANY horse was going to run past Maxiumum Security yesterday... not even if they ran 5 times around the track.
