What has this to do with anything? This was a political cartoon designed to "shock" with an opinion that the USA, the POTUS, in particular, is being led by Israel, the PM, in particular.

It's the same meme that was used to illuminate displeasure with Tony Blair's relationship with George Bush after 911.
