In an interview on Thursday night with Fox News host Sean Hannity, President Trump called the FBI's use of FISA warrants in the Russia investigation "the greatest political scandal in the history of our country. Again—bigger than Watergate because it means so much."

It “will be” bigger than Watergate? It already is bigger — times 100. And there are so many facets to this that it would be hard to give it just one Watergate-like name. FISAgate? Dossiergate? Coup d’etatgate? Russiagate?

Did you catch the Joe DiGenova interview with Huckabee the other night in which he said that the FISA judge has already advised the DOJ (Barr) of the illegalities in the FISA process and the names of those who lied?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
When the fit hits the shan these judges aren’t going to roll over to protect the crooks at the FBI. They will spill it all and saves their own butts.
>>”There are 4 different judges that signed off. All 4 are republican appointed judges.”
>>>William Curtis Bryson .... Clinton
Jose Carbenes .... 1st appointment by Carter to US Dist Court in Connecticut ... 2nd Appt to Appeals Court by Clinton ... put on FISC by Roberts(no better than any of the liberals)
Richard Tallman .... Clinton
Contreras ... Obama<<<
But all the rest were Republican, right?
I think it was on Rush where I heard that Mueller tried to talk Papadopoulos’ wife in to divorcing him. These people had every intention of destroying every person’s life in any possible way. They MUST be punished.
IIRC, Admiral Rogers went to the leading FISA judge and told her avbout the illegal surveillance. Then the judges worked together to provide material and info to DOJ. So, it sounds like they were snookered, too, and have been helping the good guys. (I think it was diGenova who reported this a few days ago.)
Thank God for Admiral Rogers.
Traitors Gate has a nice historic ring to it as well as a reference to water gate.
"The infamous entrance to the Tower of London, Traitors Gate, is the water-gate entrance to the Tower of London complex..."
Off with their heads.
Not understanding what you’re asking.
FISC, if I’m not mistaken, doesn’t operate like SCOTUS, where you go in front of all of them. The judges are picked to serve on the court for a certain amount of time. They hear cases, supposedly, that only deal with threats against the US, counterintelligence/spying/terror related stuff. Information that can’t be allowed in the public record.
When a Asst US Attorney, with whatever federal agent seeking the warrants, goes before a federal judge asking for a warrant or court order for something, once signed, that paperwork is public record. In it, it will detail the probable cause, methods and techniques, all sorts of info that would be very, very helpful to the bad guys. Basically, gives them a set of instructions of how to avoid getting caught the next time.
FISC allowed them to get the warrants, court orders, wire tap authorizations, etc, without the info being public record and without revealing the methodologies of how the information was learned: wire taps, human intel, signal intel, etc.
To put it on the local level....person works in the local DAs office - they see a name and address the recognize as a friend or family member that they know deals drugs - they tip off their friend or family member - cops show up and they hit a dry hole
FISC prevents that, supposedly.
The JW request was in 2018. The appearances and testimony before the FISC, court orders and warrants were done in 2016 and 2017, with those judges.
And the presiding FISC Judge, Collyer, is a Bush appointee, but IMHO, Bush and Roberts are no better than the Dem’s anyway.
Collyer penned the highly redacted NSA 702 database abuse report on Apr 26, 2017. If I remember correctly, Adm. Rodgers didn’t report the NSA abuse to her until a few days after she signed the CP FISA request on Oct 21, 2016.
It's very interesting that Newsweak and MSN published this without comment, and without so much cutting that it lost context. This illustrates their fear. When the president first used the word "spying", he was met with much derision and mirth in the mainstream media. Now he uses the word "coup", without even comment.
The MSM knows that it is they who will be the subject of the derision and mirth if they fail to tell the truth.
The infamous entrance to the Tower of London, Traitors Gate, is the water-gate entrance to the Tower of London complex.
Is available for rental at reduced rates this summer...
The only problem is the Circle and district line now cut access off to the Thames.
Small Details,sheesh. :)
Not much of a bargaining chip...Trump is already building the wall, using Corps of Engineers.
Screw them.
