This guy needs to be convicted of murder and given the death penalty.If they jurors are crying in response to the prosecutors opening remarks, it would seem it is going that way.

Not while Any Twosome Newsom is our Governor. He just announced that there will be no executions in CA while he is governor. All 737 death row inmates can breathe a sigh of relief for at least the next 8 years. Our death row inmates all die of old age.
