I don’t believe everything I read on the Net, but this account here, I do believe it. Joe was so handsy that the Secret Service had to cancel the usual Christmas Parties at the VP residence. Why? Because Joe would place his hands all over every females front and back, in the guise of ‘Holiday Cheer’. He would fondle the Agent’s wives right in front of the Agents! Sick behavior.
Handsy Joe has had brain surgery. It is not far-fetched to speculate that areas of his brain dealing with self-control and impulsive-action may have been impaired.
