Agreed. He did say that all on the HJC have the appropriate clearances to view Classified material. But Grand Jury testimony is not "classified". It's barred from disclosure by 6(e).

I know that obstruction of justice charges are not on the table. I am just repeating the B.S. that See B.S. is putting out. I hope that the news media and the Democrats keep this up. As far a impeachment goes, I say “bring it on!” The Democrats and media are cruising for a bruising.

Mueller was just helping his buddy Comey on not clearing Trump on obstruction.
Considering the real conclusion, the phrase “not exonerated” should not have been in the summary. I guess what the government is trying to say is that they have to put you through a trial to exonerate you, simply not finding any evidence doesn’t do it. Barr should never have allowed the terminology into his summary.
The Special Counsel did not find any collusion and did not find any obstruction. AG Barr and DAG Rosenstein further determined there was no obstruction. The findings of the Department of Justice are a total and complete exoneration of the President of the United States.”
