One thing that’s obvious to me is that Cohen must not have given Mueller anything worthwhile that Trump could be prosecuted for. If he had, it is highly likely the DOJ and Mueller would have gagged Cohen until those crimes could be prosecuted so as not to screw up their case. It’s standard procedure.
Rush said a few minutes ago if he had anything that would even remotely tie criminal charges to Trump, he would not have jail time in his plea.
