As cruel and “Revelationary” as it may sound, I think we should microchip each and every one coming across or that we catch. Names can change, looks can change, but a quick scan for the microchip would positively identify “who” each and every one is the next time they come in contact with law enforcement.
and they can’t just exchange or give their microchip to some one else or rip it out some how?
