“We subsidize the R& D with higher costs here in the US”
So, why do the same companies sell the same drugs elsewhere for less? Shouldn’t other countries share in the R&D costs? Do you think Americans should be happy about subsidizing people in other countries?
Other countries are not sharing in R&D costs. No way to force them to do so.
