I didn't say they closed the Bridge and I didn't say Christie did it. But people under Christie deliberately change the traffic pattern to divert traffic through Fort Lee. They didn't tell Christie about it (probably) but Christie was never clear on when he learned the event happened and the underling's resigned in disgrace.
so you can split hairs but people that worked for christie or were appointed by christie played some shenanigans at the GW. When christie was forced to acknowledge the event the people lost their jobs
Look it's funny as hell and the Dems get away with this kind of crap all the time. But the point is there is a huge difference between Bridgegate and Russiagate in that the former happened and names were named. In the latter charges of a dubious nature are being brought, process crimes are being used to hunt for evidence on any wrong doing in an unconstitutional way.
Russiagate is scary as hell because the unconstitutional nature of looking for any crime at all with broad search and seizure powers is not what due process means in the constitution. The fact that the Deep state has weaponized the system means this is no longer the USA. It is a place where you keep your head down and your mouth shut or you too will find yourself up the proverbial creek.
Bridgegate had zero evidence either and they did the same thing, kept digging, until they could find something. The goal was to tie Christie to it, even though zero evidence could be found. Same thing with Trump, it does not matter if Russia Russia Russia is real, just keep tying Trump to it.
Bridgegate is the blueprint for Russiagate
Just change everything from bridge bridge bridge, to Russia Russia Russia, continue the 24/7 media hate and vitriol, keeping tying President Trump to is, just like they kept tying Christie to Bridgegate.
