Believe your own eyes.
Take a good hard look at Hillary and ask yourself if she's in any way fit to tackle the physical and mental rigors of a nearly two year long presidential campaign.
She barely had the stamina to show up during the 2016 campaign. She's even worse for wear now, and would face stiff headwinds from a growing field of Democrat hopefuls.
Add to that, her two time loser status, the fact that she's already said she won't run again, and recent changes to how the DNC will now award super-delegates, and the answer is No.
She is a power/abuse addict, she can no more help running than a heroin addict can turn down a fix.

She said she wasn’t running for years prior to 2008. She said she wasn’t going to run right up until she got in the 2012 race. She always lies.
