In Western culture, it has always been considered rude or disrespectful for a man to wear a hat inside a building, including a church building. Even a generation ago, when men commonly wore hats, the headgear was removed indoors, or even outdoors in the presence of a woman. In contrast, women’s hats have long been a standard part of a stylish or formal outfit, and wearing a hat indoors is acceptable for a woman.

Want to get sneered looks on an air plane, wear a retired military hat. hell they start as soon as you get out of your vehicle. I had a what I believe to be an urban NYC or Chicago white family in the elevator that looked like they expected me to throw a grenade in as I was leaving. I asked my wife, can you believe this? Is this what this country has become? Is it worth it anymore? They will get what they are asking for eventually, and then its over.
I hope Frontier Airlines goes out of business. F them.
Several years ago we were flying to Denver but a blizzard forced us to land in Albuquerque to wait. Gates were full so we had to leave the plane on tarmac and get on buses for ride to terminal. They told us to leave our overhead bags on the plane because we would be leaving in a couple of hours.
After 6 hours in the terminal we were told the plane had to go somewhere else so we needed to collect our overhead bags.
Are you ready for this. They put us back on buses and drove us back onto the tarmac where our plane was parked. The plane was gone and all of the entire planes overhead bags where piled up on the runway. We the passengers had to search through a pile of bags looking for our stuff.
I will never fly on a Frontier flight again.
