He is representing nick not all the boys. Wood will make sure you dont see Nick on tv again. In the Jewell case he lost against the Atlanta newspaper as court said Jewell was a public figure as so many interviews. Remember threshold for public figures is higher than for private figures. 6k

None the less, legally, in civil cases the press is viewed much differently than private groups and there were no interviews before they condemned him.

The tightly edited video, that drew first blood was spread by the dirty tricks group run by John Podesta...I sure this can be found here on FR.
I'm willing to bet that it can be shown that press was a KNOWING recipient of that video from them... and ... that malice can be shown.
With demonstratable hate through out the press and the entire left wing ... that should be provable. That could make the press liable, as well. Malice is the press's weak link.
