They also qualify for all kinds of “Special Needs” services because they have received little or no care in their home countries.
The 1982 SCOTUS ruling that US taxpayers are responsible for educating illegals, as well as providing medical care for them, has been a huge burden.For decades, Texans have been stuck with the bills because of the refusal of the federal government to do its job of protecting the southern border.
