President Trump should give the address at the border, right in front of a rape tree, surrounded by CBP officers. He should explain to America what a rape tree is, which should be enough to shock and horrify average Americans (maybe not Democrats).
Giving the address from the border is not a bad idea. Trump can give the address to the nation. He doesn’t have to address Congress in person. Or he could give it to the Senate.

You are correct. Most people, when I mention this horrifying, infuriating aspect of the border issue(s), are completely ignorant of it and physically recoil at the mention of it.
