Both Di Maio and Matteo Salvini, have given their backing to the yellow vest movement with Di Maio saying his 5-Star Movement (M5S) was ‘ready to provide support to the Yellow Vests’, and later responding to Loiseau “Maybe she is forgetting that her president, (Emmanuel) Macron), compared us to leprosy when talking about our government.”

I’ll believe Italy is serious when it passes budgets that do NOT rely upon EU bailouts.

Not to mention. Italy’s budget proposal was 2.4% deficit spending. That was reduced down to 2.0%. Meanwhile France is getting increased EU subsidies to quell yellow vest protests. France is already at 2.8%, and will rise to 3.5.
Italy is Frugal compared to France
Also, Italy is overrun with the migrant wave from Africa. The EU insists they do nothing to impede it
macron may need to experience the guillotine for his perfidy. Maybe the yellow vests will make that happen.
You sure are spewing a lot of EU banking propaganda. If Italy was such a drag on the European economy, they would want to cut them loose. Instead, they fight tooth and nail to keep them from leaving.
