The only question is, does the U.S. Constitution extend rights to States under the 10th Amendment that provides a state the Right to extend voting rights to certain felons who have completed their sentence?

This is simply an example of States’ Rights.

If it does, that itself is criminal.

You can scarcely conceal your joy for this law, in this thread. That is because, like the leftist you appear to be, you know this will lock Florida firmly into the Democrat column.
